New York Style Baked Cheesecake

The New York Style Baked Cheesecake is our take on the original Philadelphia style cheesecake. A chocolate chip cookie crust topped with caramelized meringue, the cheesecake is melt-in-mouth soft and full of flavours, that include a hint of lemon and vanilla. The generous amount of chocolate chips in the bottom crust adds the right amount of texture and contrast to the richness of the cake.
